stedoo's payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is the seller of record and handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service. Once the Service has begun, your right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with Article 17(2) of the same Act. This consent is collected at the point of purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days and the Service has not been substantially used, please contact us at hello@stedoo.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from your account settings). Upon cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged again after the current period ends. • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
We offer refunds in the following cases: • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, technical error on our end). • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not made significant use of paid features (right of withdrawal). • Your subscription was not canceled as expected due to a technical issue on our end. We do not offer refunds for: • Partial months or unused days within a billing period. • Annual subscriptions after 7 days from the initial purchase date. • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@stedoo.com with: • Your registered email address • The date of the charge • The reason for your refund request We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method and bank.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
